Beautifully marbled with fat, the rib roasting joint makes an impressive centerpiece for any special occasion. The bone ensures additional flavour and moisture when cooked. This joint is very popular so if you are planning a special meal we recommend ordering in plenty of time.
A lean cut from the back of the thigh that was traditionally used for salt beef. Great roasted for Sunday lunch, thinly sliced for sandwiches or is delicious slow cooked with vegetables and herbs in wine or stock.
A lean cut from the top of the thigh which is slightly more tender than silverside so can be cooked quicker. Makes a lovely roast – cook quick and serve slightly pink. Alternatively dice and slow cook for a wonderful casserole.
An exceptionally tender and lean cut which melts in the mouth with gorgeous flavour. The fillet benefits from minimal cooking and makes a superb Beef Wellington, Carpaccio or fillet steaks cut to suit.
The most tender cut of beef. Our fillet steaks have a wonderful texture and are bursting with flavour.
A classic steak cut, our sirloins are marbled with delicious fat, ensuring a succulent and flavourful taste.
A more economical steak cut but still bursting with flavour! Fry, grill, barbecue or stir fry.
Often called ‘stewing steak’, the neck cut can sometimes be overlooked. However, with long, slow cooking the connective tissue melts and transforms the texture and flavour of the meat. The result is a rich and tender casserole or stew.
